help - flags
Wherever you see the "flag" icon ( By default, flagging a song means "do not play." The Administrator can add, modify and delete flags, and change the default "do not play" behaviour if it's appropriate for a given flag. Moreover, a do-not-play flag can mean (by default), "do not play during random play", or, "prevent from play" (e.g. Explicit Lyrics). Of course, the admin can play anything they want. Default flags include: Re-record, Needs Editing, Incomplete, Explicit Lyrics, Duplicate, Do Not Play, and Delete. To see what songs have been flagged, click on "lists" in the main menu, then choose a given flag (they're shown after any current lists). Whomever flagged a song or album can unflag it, as can the administrator. administration Under admin->flags, the administrator can choose to add, modify or delete flags as they so choose. Normally, the "do not play" option is selected, preventing songs with a flag from playing during random play. These songs can still be played by anyone that chooses them, but won't come up "by accident". Checking the "prevent from play" option will prevent users from playing the song at all if they are not the administrator. This is particularly useful with the "Explicit Lyrics" flag. Finally, anyone in or above the group specified can assign and remove that particular flag type to a song or an album.
